A Customer's Comments

"Subject : HBBS .410 rifled deer barrel...

Hi James & Ed, I've been wanting to drop you a line for some time just to make sure you guys are aware that I am absolutely your most satisfied customer! As you know, I started out with one of your HBBS rifled .410 barrels for my TC Encore.  I was amazed at the accuracy and punch of your 375gr hunting loads from day one.

I shoot a 45-70 and you were absolutely right in comparing your loads to trap door 45-70 loads. Out to 125 yards a deer has no chance, and from the bench, clover leaf targets were common @100 yards.   However, being a reloader, and knowing that I could heat things up in my Encore, I set out to  increase the speed and velocity. I must say, it didn't take long to develop several great jacketed bullet loads that equal and surpass the top inline muzzleloaders in velocity and trajectory.

Well before this letter gets too long, I'll mention that both of my closest hunting buddies now have HBBS barrels on their Encores, and I  have a second barrel on a TC Contender frame for my youngest son. You wouldn't believe how many of my buddies want to borrow my  Son's HBBS .410...LOL

Anyhow, Thanks for your great product. The most powerful .410 deer gun on earth!
